From a conversation to a vacancy

1. Sign in to your Bris account and link WhatsApp or Telegram.
2. Describe the company, role, salary, work arrangement, location, skills and closing date. Add any application questions or CV requirement.
3. Review the draft and ask Bris to publish it. Share the public vacancy link.
4. Ask Bris to update or close the role, review applicants and manage application stages. The website offers the same role editor and hiring workspace.

What to tell Bris

For example: “Draft a product designer vacancy for our company. It is remote within Latvia, pays EUR 60,000–80,000 a year and requires Figma. Ask me for the company details and anything else you need before publishing.”

What is free?

Yes. Bris members can publish vacancies without a listing fee. You need an active Bris account. Normal Bris signup and agent-usage pricing still apply; a new account without an invite currently requires a $5 USD credit purchase plus applicable tax.
